Catalogues
Catalogues will be available three weeks prior to the Sale. If you would like to purchase one please send £5 (cheques payable to Brightwells) and a note with your name and address requesting the Dressage Catalogue to Brightwells, Horse & Pony Dept., Easters Court, Leominster, Herefordshire HR6 0DE.

Tickets
The Auction is a ticket event, and tables can be reserved for VIP seats for either a Three Course Meal or Drinks Service only. Alternatively Grandstand seats can be purchased only on the day of sale.
Payment

Payment must be made by CASH, CARD OR CHEQUE on the day of Sale. (Cheques will only be accepted from regular clients and those who provide a current Bankers Reference). Arrangements can be made for payment by Bank Transfer with our Accounts Department prior to the sale.
For those paying by Credit Card (other than debit and switch cards) a 3% (plus VAT) Bankers Charge will be added to all purchasers’ accounts.
Commissions
Should any Prospective Purchaser be unable to attend the Sale, the Auctioneers will personally be pleased to execute Commissions on their behalf, at no extra charge, lots being obtained as cheaply as other bids allow. In this instance irrevocable methods of payment must be in place before commission instructions are enacted. Insurance of purchases is strongly advised and may be arranged through the auctioneer’s office on the day of sale. Foals that are sold prior to weaning will return with the seller who will agree a time of collection after weaning with the purchaser.
