Location
This year’s Sale will be held at the Royal Welsh Showground, Builth Wells, Powys, Mid Wales LD2 3SY. The Showground is signposted on all major roads. For more detailed directions see here.
Programme
The programme for the three days is as follows.
- Friday - Welsh Part Breds & Welsh Section C & D Geldings Followed by Welsh Part Bred Foals Followed by (some not all) Section C & D Foals
- Saturday - Sections C & D all ages, all sexes excluding geldings
- Sunday - Sections C & D all ages, all sexes excluding geldings

Gates
Gates will be open: Thursday 18 October from 6:00pm until 9:00pm Friday 19, Saturday 20 October, & Sunday 21 October from 7:30am until 9:00pm. The show ground will be locked at all other times.
Parking
All cars attending the Sale will be directed to the Official Car Parks designated for the Event and will enter through the Horse Hill Entrance and will be charged at the rate of £5 per car. Vendors will have passes sent.
Lorries and trailers will also enter through the Horse Hill Entrance and after being unloaded will be directed to the Horse Hill. There will be plenty of space for parking overnight accommodation units.
Vehicles which have sleeping accommodation will be charged at the rate of £10 per night, or if they are staying for the duration of the Sales, they will be charged £20.
