Mike Evans

Based at Leominster. Responsible for property valuations, landlord and tenant, compulsory purchase, Single Payment Scheme, livestock valuations and sales.

Chris Davies

Chris has responsibility for livestock procurement at all Brightwells Mid Wales Sales Centres as well as conducting weekly cull stock sales at Builth and Rhayader Markets. He is also involved with single farm payment entitlement trading, gas and water board claims and grass keeps. Chris also plays an active role at our Spring and Autumn Welsh Pony and Cob Sales at the Royal Welsh Showground.

Hayley Price

Administrator/Sales Clerk with responsibility for Builth and Rhayader Markets as well as accounts for single farm payment entitlement trading, grass keeps etc.

Sara Hamer

Head of Administration

Auction/Sales Administration Manager based at Leominster. Responsible for all Pedigree Cattle and Sheep sales, NSA Ram sales, Fodder sales, Farm sales, etc. Sara also plays an active role at Hereford Market.

Fiona Gwinnett

Administrator/Sales Clerk with responsibility for Hay on Wye Market as well as grass keeps, straw sales etc.
