Jonathan Bliss
Head of Department.
Jonathan Bliss has lived and worked in Herefordshire for most of his life and has been an Estate Agent for the last 27 years. He has vast experience of selling all types of property and considers himself very lucky to work in one of the country’s most beautiful counties. Jonathan was delighted to be asked to join Brightwells in 2000 to run their property department which primarily specialises in the sale of country houses and cottages.

Senior Property Negotiator.
Having worked in Estate Agency for nearly 20 years Judith brought her expertise to Brightwells in 2001. As Senior Sales Negotiator she monitors ongoing property sales through to a smooth exchange and completion whilst supporting Jonathan Bliss in the day to day running of the property department. Although often stressful Judith enjoys her work enormously and finds it hugely rewarding as many satisfied customers will testify!
Rhodri Mence
Rhodri has been valuing and selling houses in Herefordshire and the surrounding counties for over 20 years and brought his vast experience to Brightwells in 2010. Rhodri was brought up and schooled in the county and has a genuine enthusiasm for his work, he relishes all aspects of estate agency and has enjoyed helping clients both new and old by looking after, what is quite possibly, their most valuable asset.
Rebecca Scudamore
Since graduating in 2009, Rebecca has worked in residential property sales and has recently joined the team at Brightwells as a sales negotiator. Rebecca has also taken over the running of the rapidly expanding property auction department which is a new and exciting challenge for her. Rebecca has a wide knowledge of the county and keeps buyers regularly updated with all the latest property we have available.

Lyn joined Brightwells in 2007 and immediately made an impact with her organizational skills and attention to detail. She is always looking for ways we can improve systems and ensures the smooth day to day running of our ever growing business.
