Head of Department.
Jonathan Bliss has lived and worked in Herefordshire for most of his life and has been an Estate Agent for the last 27 years. He has vast experience of selling all types of property and considers himself very lucky to work in one of the country’s most beautiful counties. Jonathan was delighted to be asked to join Brightwells in 2000 to run their property department which primarily specialises in the sale of country houses and cottages.

Senior Property Negotiator.
Having worked in Estate Agency for nearly 20 years Judith brought her expertise to Brightwells in 2001. As Senior Sales Negotiator she monitors ongoing property sales through to a smooth exchange and completion whilst supporting Jonathan Bliss in the day to day running of the property department. Although often stressful Judith enjoys her work enormously and finds it hugely rewarding as many satisfied customers will testify!

Lyn joined Brightwells in 2007 and immediately made an impact with her organizational skills and attention to detail. She is always looking for ways we can improve systems and ensures the smooth day to day running of our ever growing business.

Receptionist/Negotiator.
Catherine joined Brightwells in 2002 and is now very much an integral member of the team. She is able to offer a great deal of advice to both buyers and sellers alike and also now runs the rapidly expanding property auction department. Catherine also has a wide knowledge of the county and keeps buyers regularly updated with all the latest property we have available.
