Joined Brightwells in 1955 to become Joint Managing Director, Head of Equine Dept & Auctioneer.

Joined Brightwells in 2008 as Head of Bloodstock bringing with him a wealth of knowledge and experience. Matt runs the Bloodstock department with high profile sales at both Cheltenham & Ascot Racecourses.

Is a long standing member of the Equine team joining Brightwells in 1992. Andrew is an Auctioneer in the Bloodstock and Equine departments, runs Leominster & Malvern Sales and is also largely responsible for valuations.

Richard Botterill has been a Brightwells Equine team member for 12 years. Richard is an experienced Bloodstock Auctioneer with 27 years experience which started in 1983, and auctioneers at all of Brightwells equine sales. He currently assists in the organisation of Brightwells Sales at Cheltenham & Ascot, heads the Sports Horse, Show Jumping & Dressage sales and conducts valuations. Richard was commissioned by the H.I.S. to revamp the society to it’s current title of Sport Horse Breeding of Great Britain (SHBGB) and assisted them in gaining Membership of the World Breeding Federation of Sport Horses (WBFSH).

Has been with Brightwells since 2001. Catryn now runs the Welsh Pony & Cob Section of the Equine Department and looks after the Standardbreds (Pacers & Trotters). With a background in Welsh Ponies & Cobs she enjoys the challenge of cataloguing 1000s of Welsh Ponies and Cobs each year and conducting the Stud Sales on behalf of private stud owners.

Dawn looks after all aspects of the Bloodstock department ranging from organising and running of the sales to managing the Marketing requirements.

Diane joined the equine team in 2010 and comes from an event co-ordinating background, she now assists with the organisation of the Dressage and Show Jumping Sales at Addington Manor. Diane is also responsible for the administration of the Malvern Sport Horse Sales along with the Monthly Leominster Horse & Pony and Tacks Sales.
