Brightwells are pleased to announce that we are now a Certified Carbon Capture Company through subscription to the Woodland Trust's Carbon Capture Scheme, resulting in Net Zero Carbon emissions since 2020.
Capturing and storing carbon from the atmosphere is vital in the fight against climate change. The 1,000-plus woodlands in the UK, cared for by the Woodland Trust, absorb and lock-up many tonnes of carbon each year in trees, shrubs and soil.
"Our carbon emissions have been measured and calculated through the Carbon Capture Scheme and we aim to continue this in the coming years, additionally working with our suppliers and clients to assist them in offsetting their own carbon emissions in the future".
