Formal Tender - £2,500,000 Sold Subject to Contract
Haywood, Callow, Hereford
Haywood Poultry Site is the most outstanding broiler unit to come to the open market in Hereford for 20 years. The site covers 15 acres with 15 enriched broiler sheds. As well as the extensive growing space, the site is situated between the Avara Feed Mill at The Tram Inn and their factory in Hereford.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone to expand their current poultry business, especially in light of the difficulties in achieving Planning Permission in the county.
The site is currently let to Avara until 16th December 2019. They have indicated they will leave the site sooner and, subject to acceptance, will continue to take the birds from this site. This is a major advantage in light of their plans not to accept any new Greenfield sites.
15 purpose built broiler sheds with 350,000 bird capacity
2 x 3 bed worker bungalows (subject to AOC)
