Our Fine Art business is currently closed. Under Government restrictions, we are not able to operate this part of the business and, as such, all our staff in this department are not working.
Storage and collection: For items purchased or left unsold with us, during the Government Isolation Period (currently expected to last at least three weeks from 24th March), items can be stored with us free of charge. You will need to insure your goods from the point of purchase, by law.
Payment for goods and services: If you have not paid for your purchases, our central admin team will be in touch with you to organise payment. We will receive payment by bank transfer only and will confirm back to you when we have received your funds in our account. If you have sold with us and await payment, our central admin team will be in touch as soon as possible.
Above all, be assured that Brightwells will endeavour to provide you with the quality service you have come to expect from us, even at these difficult times.
