The Sale will be held at the Royal Welsh Showground, Builth Wells, Powys, Mid Wales LD2 3SY. The Showground is signposted on all major roads. For more detailed directions click HERE

The Stable/ Pen gates will be open: Friday 12 October from 4:00pm until 9:00pm, Saturday 13 October from 7:30am until 9:00pm, and Sunday 14 October from 7:30am until the end of the Sale. The showground will be locked at all other times.
Access for empty lorries, caravans etc. will be allowed from 9am on the Friday.
Parking & Access
All cars attending the Sale will be directed to the Official Car Parks designated for the Event and will enter through the specified entrance. Please see table below for parking charges & pedestrian entrance fees. Vendors will have passes sent.
Lorries and trailers will also enter through the specified entrance and after being unloaded will be directed to the parking area. There will be plenty of space for parking overnight accommodation units. Vendors producing their pass will pay a discounted rate. Please see table below for parking charges.

* A one-off fee of £5 is refundable should you purchase. This refund can only be redeemed once by surrendering part of your ticket at point of payment.
A number of hook-ups will be available for £20 for the duration of the sale payable to our representative on site. These will be available on a first come first served basis and cannot be pre-booked.
Dinner Table Bookings
Tickets are £35 per person. There is a maximum of 10 people per table. To book please complete and return the booking form with the relevant fees. Tables will be limited this year so please book early they will be allocated on a first come first served basis.
Dinner is served towards the conclusion of the Sale; drinks will be available throughout the Evening Sale. The dress code is smart/casual.
