Based at Builth Wells. Responsible for property valuations, agricultural finance, farm and estate management, expert witness and litigation support, landlord and tenant, compulsory purchase, Single Payment Scheme, property, chattels and livestock auctions.
Greg is part of the Hereford Rural Professionals team and specialises in Basic Payment, Catchment Sensitive Grants, Stewardship Schemes, Farm Business Tenancies, Grass Keep arrangements as well as Landlord and Tenant, Valuations and Compensations. Also an auctioneer at Hereford Market with his main responsibilities being store sheep, cattle and rearing calves. Greg’s auctioneering skills are also utilised at Brightwells Plant and Machinery Sales at Madley.
Rob is responsible for procurement of livestock and auctioneering at HMA and represents Brightwells in on-farm dispersal sales, grass lettings and standing straw sales in Herefordshire and bordering counties.
Chartered Surveyor/Auctioneer, BSc (Hons) MRICS FAAV
Matthew is a fully qualified Chartered Surveyor (RICS) and has recently qualified as a Fellow of the Association of Agricultural Valuers (FAAV), having previously graduated from Harper Adams in Rural Enterprise and Land Management. Mathews is based at the Builth Wells office and is involved in all aspects of Rural Professional work, including undertaking work on behalf of the AMC and bank valuations.
Administrator/Sales Clerk with responsibility for Builth and Rhayader Markets as well as accounts for single farm payment entitlement trading, grass keeps etc.
