Understood to date from c.1980 this fun little Trials car is believed to be an Alp. Powered by a Triumph Acclaim 1,300cc engine it should give a super power to weight ratio, ideal for ripping up those muddy banks with your plucky passenger bouncing on its rump!
Fabricated out of aluminium, it features a Ford ‘English’ back axle (whatever that might be) and was briefly running last summer requiring as far we understand, a battery and fresh fuel. There are some bits to do to make it complete, such as refitting the fiddle brake levers and cylinders which come with the car.
Unfortunately, the owner suffered a stroke before its completion and is unable to tell us much about the car and its history, so we only know what we know and can see. Take a look and make your own minds up. There are no documents with this lot, but its would be loads of fun at national trials events.
Estimate: £800 - £1,000, but offered without reserve.
