SITUATION & DIRECTIONS The land is situated near to the A470 trunk road between Newbridge On Wye and Builth Wells.
From Builth Wells take the A470 towards Rhayader after 1.5 miles take a right turn for Cwmbach.
Continue on this road for approximately 2.0 miles passing through the A470 underpass. Proceed along this minor council highway, crossing over a hump back railway bridge continue for less than 0.5 mile where the land will be identified by Brightwells signage on your left-hand side.
