Valuation and marketing price
Whether you are selling a country house, farm, cottage, smallholding, derelict property or land, we are able to provide up to the minute advice on the correct marketing price free of charge.
In all cases an appointment would need to be made to assess your property fully and at this point we would advise you on the best methods of sale, whether by private treaty, public auction or tender. In addition we would discuss the best marketing strategy, all fees and expenses as well as timescales so you are able to make an informed decision. Our offices are open 8.45am - 5.30pm Monday - Friday and 9am-1pm on Saturday. We can also arrange appointments at other times to suit you by request.
Valuations for other purposes
We can also provide formal valuations and reports for Probate, Inheritance Tax, and Family Division all of which carry a cost but this will be agreed prior to engaging our services.
