No. 33 Mantella Drive is situated on the popular eastern side of the cathedral city of Hereford. It lies on the edge of the city’s boundaries and its elevated position provides far reaching views across neighbouring farmland. The property was constructed by Barratt Homes and is their Cambridge design which offers spacious and well-proportioned family living accommodation which is coupled with modern conveniences which have been enhanced and improved by the current owners. As one would expect, it has full double glazing and gas fired central heating. The beautifully fitted kitchen has AEG integral appliances such as double oven, gas hob, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and wine cooler. In the utility room there is an AEG integrated washing machine. The owners have enhanced the property with built-in wardrobes to all four bedrooms, adding beautiful floor coverings throughout as well as curtains and blinds in every room. Externally they have added a good-sized summer house and an excellent timber built garden shed.
Mantella Drive is situated just off Hampton Dene Road, in the popular and desirable suburb of Tupsley. It has excellent schooling and good access into the city itself. Its position is also useful for the main Hereford to Ledbury road which would give you easy access to the motorway network.
The property is entered through a central entrance hall, which has both a built-in cupboard and a good-sized cloakroom. Off this there is a study to the front, and a sitting room to one side which in turn leads through to a dining room. At the rear lies the kitchen/breakfast room with a glazed bay window with opening doors, ideal for a small seating place. The kitchen is supported by an adjoining utility room. On the first floor, the landing has a good-sized airing cupboard as well as four double bedrooms; all of which have built in wardrobes. The master bedroom enjoys an en suite shower room and bedroom two has a further cupboard. All rooms are supported by a good-sized family bathroom.
Externally, the property is at the end of the development and situated in a quiet corner enjoying the views. To the front there is ample parking and this in turn gives access to a detached double garage (18ft 9 x 17ft 10), with power. The rear garden is enclosed by panel fencing and comprises a small paved seating area, with the lawn sweeping away from the property, to one side is an excellent timber-built garden store shed and further up the garden there is a large summer house, both on brick plinths.
