The property is beautifully situated in the hamlet of Weston, which itself lies only 1.5 miles from the popular north west Herefordshire village of Pembridge. Pembridge village offers a range of local services such as a village shop, post office, doctors’ surgery, church, village hall and public house. Further facilities are available at the market towns of Kington and Leominster with the cathedral city of Hereford only fifteen miles away with road and rail links to other parts of the country. On arrival, oak doors lead into the light and spacious kitchen/breakfast/family room with a limestone floor, picture windows overlooking the terrace and gardens to the front, various fitted appliances that include an American style fridge/freezer and Range style cooker. This room is supported by a utility room and two excellent pantry cupboards. The limestone floor continues into the dining area, which again has double opening doors to the terrace. An inner hall, with cloakroom off, leads into a good-sized sitting room, with double French doors to the front, wooden flooring and exposed brick feature fireplace.
Stairs from the inner hall lead to the first-floor landing and to four good sized bedrooms. The master bedroom is an excellent size and benefits from a spacious en suite and a small dressing area. There is a further en suite bedroom and a family bathroom, with bath, separate shower and a marble floor.
The barn is approached over a gravel driveway and also gives access to the double fronted open garage with parking to the front. To the front of the barn is an enclosed courtyard garden with a terrace and small lawn area, all enclosed by mature hedging.
