It lies on the western side of the county between the border town of Kington, the ever popular Hay on Wye and the cathedral city of Hereford.
The bungalow itself is thought to date back to the 1960s and has been lovingly cared for and maintained, with full double glazing. The accommodation briefly comprises a reception hall, sitting/dining room with sliding doors out to the garden, two comfortable bedrooms, kitchen and family bathroom.
Externally, the property stands in beautifully tended gardens, which are planted with colourful array of plants and shrubs, and surrounded by mature hedging with views across the neighbour countryside. It is approached off a small country lane and has parking for at least one vehicle. This in turn gives access to a detached single garage.

It is not our company policy to test services and domestic appliances, so we cannot verify that they are in working order. Directions From Hereford proceed out of the city in a westerly direction on the A438 towards Brecon. After approximately 14 miles enter the village of Eardisley and turn immediately left after the Tram Inn. Continue on this country lane and at the next fork in the road take the right hand turning to Welson. Continue on this lane to the next junction and turn right. Continue for approximately 150 yards and bearing left, pass a no-through lane on the right, and the bungalow will be found on the left hand side.
