Property Description

The property is found in the renowned Kinnersley area, which is 14 miles north of Hereford and 3.5 miles from Eardisley village which provides a good range of local services.

This unusual lot incorporates a brand-new Anaerobic Digester 200KW (in need of repair) with ancillary equipment including a reception hopper, 2 water storage tanks, pre-digestate tank, off take supply tank and control container.

A triple span range of covered yards, all steel framed, mainly enclosed with concrete flooring, covering approximately 18,523 sq ft.

At the rear of the buildings is a treatment plant for liqueur, a separator and a dryer for digestate (other products could be dried within this machine).
