"Thank you so much for your letter of 18th August regarding the recent sale of my late Father’s Daimler.  I have noted the content and will action accordingly.  I can confirm that payment has been received to my bank account. 

As a family, we would be interested to know where in the country the Daimler will make its new home. The area/region would be sufficient, if it is possible for you to share that information. I totally understand if it is not.

I do hope that the new owners of the Daimler will glean as much joy from the vehicle as Dad did.
