A rare and
increasingly desirable W203 C55 AMG, this example has covered just over 24,000
miles from new and is presented in very good condition
throughout.
Originally supplied to the
Japanese market, the car has benefited from Japan's generally dry climate and
presents extremely well underneath and externally. The underbody, chassis legs
and body panels appear exceptionally clean, with no obvious bubbling or
corrosion noted. The bodywork is straight and presents with a very high-quality
finish.
The car has recently benefited
from a major service by a Mercedes-Benz specialist at a cost of approximately
£1,300. This included engine oil and filter replacement, all filters, 16 new OEM
spark plugs, a complete automatic transmission service, differential fluid
change, brake fluid flush, coolant flush and replacement gaskets and sump
plugs.
Inside, the cabin remains in
lovely condition and retains its original AMG character. An OEM-style Android
Auto and Apple CarPlay infotainment system has been fitted, providing modern
connectivity while retaining a factory appearance.
The specification
includes heated, electrically adjustable and memory leather seats, automatic
Bi-Xenon headlamps with washers, rain-sensitive wipers, electric tilt-and-slide
glass sunroof, Sun Protection Glass, air conditioning and speed
limiter.
The car is supplied with two
original keys and an extensive history file. This includes the original Japanese
service booklet with service stamps and Japanese inspection records, together
with comprehensive UK specialist service history and supporting documentation.
