Renault GTA V6; The

Blue metallic; MOT valid until August 2027; driven to site over 35
miles
Automobiles Alpine was founded
by Jean Rédélé in 1955 and established a strong reputation for lightweight,
agile sports cars, most notably the rally-winning A110. By the 1980s, the
company had turned its attention towards more refined, road-focused sports cars,
culminating in the GTA, a sleek coupé combining distinctive French styling with
a rear-mounted V6 engine.
This 1987 Renault GTA V6 is
powered by a 2,849cc petrol V6 and is believed to be finished in Stratos Blue
metallic, complemented by a black and cream interior. First registered in
November 1987, it has had 10 former keepers and is offered with its private
registration number included in the sale.
The odometer currently
displays 85,120 miles and the car benefits from a stainless-steel exhaust
system, with a new ignition coil and spark plug leads recently
fitted.
The GTA has an MOT valid until
August 2027 and was driven over 35 miles to the sale. It was starting, driving
and stopping while on site for photography and a short
video.
An increasingly distinctive
and uncommon French sports coupé, offering striking period styling, V6
performance and an appealing alternative to its more familiar contemporary
rivals.
