2006 BMW Z4 SE Roadster (E85)

Low mileage 37,980 lady owned facelift Z4 in SE spec; punchy 2.0 engine and 6-speed manual 'box - oodles of fun

Dating from November 2006, this face-lift (known as LCI) ‘56’ plate E85 Z4 has had just four owners from new and has resided with our lady owner since summer 2015 covering less than 5,000 miles since purchase, the current mileage just 37,980. Finished in sapphire black with half black leather and cloth interior the Z4 is in more comfortable SE specification with less aggressive styling and more manageable 10-spoke 17inch alloy wheels giving a more pliant ride than its M-Sport sibling. This car features the punchy yet economical 2.0-litre four-cylinder mated here to BMW’s excellent six-speed manual transmission which flexibly extracts the best from the 147bhp engine yet returns excellent economy. Inside we see climate control with air conditioning, front fog lights, original CD player, multi-function steering wheel, on-board computer, wind deflector and electric mohair soft top with heated glass rear screen. The history file includes the owner’s pack and service book with 3 stamps including PDI, the last stamp at 27,930 in July 2013 with supporting bill. In addition, there are a few invoices including a lube service kit dated April 2015, the vendor having a local mechanic service the car at their home along with their other cars. There are 10 old MOT certificates to back up the mileage along with fresh MOT which runs until September 2021 with no advisories recorded. In very good and clean order, the car represents an enticing prospect with its low miles and attractive estimate.
