2000 Porsche Boxster 2.7 (986)
Superb 986
Boxster with Savannah leather interior feat. electric seats and only 62,350
miles backed up by 14 service stamps
This smart September 2000 986 series Boxster 2.7 has had
just six former keepers and has been in the current doting ownership since
purchase from us in April 2019, and prior to that for 11 years in which time it
covered only 7,500 miles. Our vendor has thoroughly enjoyed his tenure covering
approximately 1,500 miles making a total of just 62,350 – enticingly low for a
20 year-old car.
It is finished in an attractive and unusual Rainforest
green metallic with contrasting Savannah beige leather interior with a black
mohair hood and sits on 18inch BBS Sport Classic alloy wheels.
The car features a nice array of factory options including
eight-way electric seats with driver seat memory and automatic A/C climate
control (cold and working!) to name but a few. It comes with both keys, complete
book pack and service book showing an impressive 14 stamps with 10 of those by
Porsche main dealers (all Porsche Exeter bar the first) and three by a South
Devon Porsche specialist with supporting invoices plus twelve old MOT
certificates. The car’s current MOT expires in June 2021 with just two
advisories for tyre wear.
Our vendor treated the car to a service at Zuffenhaus
Porsche specialists in July 2020 which included new brake fluid and replacement
exhaust flange and sleeve bolts. Other notable recent remedial works to the car
include a new windscreen this summer, new air conditioning condensers, new brake
pads all round and alloy wheel refurbishment in 2017.
We understand the
car runs responsively with powerful brakes, all hallmarks of the driver focused
Boxster we love.
