1962 Morris Minor Traveller
Only showing
55,000 miles; beautiful looking example; only three previous
keepers
Thought to
have had only three former keepers since at least 1977 and quite possibly since
new, this great looking traveller is presented in the very attractive and
original rose taupe colour scheme.
On an original Herefordshire registration and showing relatively
few miles, it is quite likely that it has rarely left the area since new.
Regular MOTs on file show that it has been well kept and maintained, indicating
very few issues over the years and none relating to any corrosion. In fact, it
appears to only have covered about 2,000 miles in the last
decade.
The woodwork
appears to be sound all over and apart from a small repair done to one side
recently, looks very impressive with no signs of rot. The car is obviously
of a certain age so there are signs of some wear to the interior, including a
small tear to the headlining, but as can be seen in the photos, the seating,
carpets and instrument panel are definitely better than most that one sees. 362
BVJ has obviously been very well cared for over the years by her few
owners.
Our local
vendor drove the car to us with no issues and has owned and enjoyed it for the
last five years, only using it sparingly and for the occasional local
show.
Very sweet,
nicely original and immediately ready for a new
owner.
