1995 Porsche 968 Sport

This UK market 968 Sport was first registered in February 1995 and is showing to have had six previously recorded keepers over the years. Each owner has obviously enjoyed it, clocking up almost 160,000 miles and having the car regularly maintained.  
Our vendor bought the car very recently but due to other projects on the go and wanting to concentrate on earlier cars, he has decided to move it on. The current registered keeper is recorded to have had this car for the last 15 years, having it recently serviced by Leatherhead Motor Company in 2019 when it showed 157,766 miles. We are told that it has been regularly serviced throughout its life and we hope the stamped book will be with us by the end of the sale for potential purchasers to see.

Inside the car, there are the original black fabric upholstered seats, electronically operated wing mirrors, electric windows (intermittent fault to passenger side) and folding seats to the rear. Also hidden away in the boot is the original space saving spare.

We understand that some years ago, the offside front wing and bonnet were replaced due to an incident involving some ice, but it was deemed cost-effective to fix so no marker was put on the register. If one was going to make the car really smart, the body would need a respray as can be seen in the photos, but mechanically, the three-litre inline-four engine and manual six speed gearbox with limited slip differential sound and act as they should, so if you just fancy owning one of the most enjoyable front engined Porsches for long road trips then maybe this is for you.

Bidders should note that the last MOT took place in 2019 with one small advisory on a loose exhaust clamp but as always, we would recommend viewing the MOT history online.
