Dating from January 2003 this earlier R230 series features the powerful 306bhp 5.0 V8 and is finished in Brilliant silver with contrasting anthracite leather interior and silver dash trim, ABC air suspension, automatic transmission with tiptronic option, automatic lights with headlamp wash and also the optional and desirable panoramic glass and metal folding roof.

The car sits on attractive 18inch AMG 5-spoke alloy wheels, which suit the car better than the more 'standard' 17inch options available in the day. Showing just over 101,000 miles, the car looks in good order and has been enjoyed on various UK classic car tours through his tour business.

The history file includes the V5C, old V5, duplicate service book showing 9 entries, a mix of stamps and hand written entries.
