1999 BMW Z3 Roadster
No Reserve
Well
optioned 1.9 litre automatic example with electric hood, walnut dash,
extended Oxblood leather and heated seats showing just 80,472 miles
from 9 year lady ownership
Dating from February
1999 this pretty BMW Z3 hails from the earlier ‘narrow body’ generation as
featured in James Bond’s Golden Eye and is finished in Arctic Silver Metallic
with contrasting black Mohair soft-top and sits upon its original 16” five-spoke
alloy wheels.
Under the shapely bonnet, we find
the 1.9 litre M44B19 four-cylinder petrol engine which produces 138Bhp and 180NM
of torque driving the rear wheels here, via four-speed GM 4L30-E automatic
transmission.
Inside the cockpit, we find a
delightful oxblood leather interior with extended leather to the dash top, doors
and steering wheel rim. We also find walnut trim, black carpets with red over
mats, M-Sport steering wheel, air conditioning, two-stage heated seats,
traction/stability control, electric soft-top operation, digital clock, original
radio/cassette player, electric windows and electric
mirrors.
The Z3 shows just 80,742 miles and has
been with our lady owner for the last nine years and presents well.
The
history file includes the V5C revealing six former keepers, 13 old MOTs,
purchase invoice for when our vendor bought the car showing 72,821 miles and a
selection of bills for parts and routine maintenance including a recent new
battery, wind deflector purchase, recent brake pads and replacement brake
calliper in July 2020 and evidence of a service dated August 2018 at 79,000
miles.
The current MOT is valid until June 2023
and recorded 17 minor advisories worth considering (enter the reg at
check-mot.service.gov.uk).  Bar
that, the car looks ready to enjoy and is on offer at No Reserve, so the highest
bid takes it home.
