introduced in the mid-1990s. It featured distinctive styling cues such as alloy
wheels, rear spoiler, and unique Si badging, setting it apart from standard
models. Powered by a 2.0-litre Zetec engine.
Ford
released the Citrine Yellow Mondeo Si in 1994 as part of a limited promotional
run to celebrate the launch of the Mondeo. Each UK Ford dealership reportedly

featured the sporty Si trim with a 2.0-litre engine and distinctive
factory-applied Citrine Yellow paint, which was never offered as a standard
colour across the range.
