Description
Showing just 61,170 miles; one owner from
new; original Clio Renaultsport 200 Cup; Recaro CS sports seats; nearly full
tank of super plus unleaded for the new owner to enjoy
Finished in striking RenaultSport
Liquid Yellow with contrasting Black mirrors and grill, this exceptionally
original Clio Renaultsport 200 Cup was first registered in September 2010 and
has covered just 61,170 miles from new.
Specified with the desirable Factory Cup Pack,
the car also benefits from the highly sought-after optional Recaro CS sports
seats. These remain in excellent condition and are a particularly desirable
feature, enhancing both the driving experience and collectability of one of
Renaultsport's most celebrated hot hatches.
Remarkably, the car has had just one owner from
new, the vendor fondly recalling collecting it from the supplying dealer and
retaining it as a cherished member of the family ever since. Initially used for
a short daily commute, it was later reserved for high days and holidays, always
garaged and carefully maintained throughout its life.
Offered in highly original condition
throughout, the car is accompanied by an exceptional history file documenting
its entire life. Included are the original purchase invoice and supplying dealer
paperwork, V5C, handbook pack, two keys, 11 previous MOT certificates, 14
service stamps and a substantial collection of maintenance invoices. Also
present are the original paper tax discs issued prior to their abolition in
2014, together with the tyre inflation kit, original top-up oil and the complete
suite of books and documents supplied with the car when new.
The maintenance record is
particularly impressive, with the cambelt and dephaser pulley most recently
replaced during a service in September 2025. The cambelt has reportedly been
renewed every five years throughout the car's life, reflecting the meticulous
care and attention bestowed upon this example.
The Clio was driven approximately 60 miles to
the sale and is supplied with an MOT until the 30th of September 2026, the car
has only covered 291 miles since. Unmodified, beautifully preserved and
benefitting from single ownership, low mileage and outstanding provenance, this
is a rare opportunity to acquire an exceptionally original Renaultsport 200 Cup,
widely regarded as one of the finest front-wheel-drive performance cars of its
era.
Ready to be driven from the sale, the car even
comes with a nearly full tank of super plus unleaded for the new owner to
enjoy.
