1995 Ford Mustang (4th Gen)
Appealing low Km locally owned Japanese market 3.8 V6 automatic Mustang Coupe showing just 56,000Km
Dating from February 1995 this 4th Generation Ford Mustang was imported to the UK from Japan and registered in April 2006.
The car is finished in bright red, with after-market black racing stripes and wears a set of original 15” three-spoke alloy wheels in black with polished lip.
Under the bonnet, as a ‘base’ spec car, we find the 3.8-litre OHV Essex V6 petrol engine which develops 145bhp and 292NM of torque driving the rear wheels via optional four-speed AODE automatic transmission.
Inside, we find comfortable dark grey cloth seats with manual adjustment and proper rear seats making this a usable 4-seater Coupe, air conditioning, radio/cassette player, electric mirrors, electric windows and digital clock.
The car shows just 55,504Km (34,488 miles), which is uncommonly low, however there is little history bar the online MOT history which dates back to 5,029Km in 2006 at import to confirm this to be correct.
The history file does include the V5C revealing eight former keepers to the current local owner who has enjoyed the car for the past two years, a bill for a replacement key, an exploded parts diagram and a purchase receipt from 2011 at 17,900km. The Mustang’s current MOT is valid until March 2023 and records one minor advisory for a brake pipe corroded, or covered in grease/other material.
The car presents largely well bar some blistering to the rear bumper as pictured and some signs of previous paintwork, starting and running well as we moved it around for these images and video. Surely Mustang ownership cant get more affordable than this?
