Description
Late model, low mileage example showing just 25,000 miles - ripe for
tucking away as an investment or simply enjoying
Supplied new by Epsom Motor Group Limited of Epsom, Surrey in
September 2000 this late model (production ceased in October 2000) MKIV Rover
era Mini Classic Cooper is finished in Blue, with white roof, white stripes,
Blue vinyl Webasto sun roof and Minilite alloy wheels.
Under the bonnet, we find the familiar 1,275cc A-series
four-cylinder engine with twin-point injection and front mounted radiator
driving the front wheels via four-speed manual transmission.
Inside, we find an anthracite cloth and vinyl interior with manual
windows, cream dials and aforementioned Webasto sun roof in good
order.
The car shows just 25,311 miles and has
seen limited use by its first owner and current lady owner for the last seven
years and presents well with a few small marks and typical corrosion blisters
coming through as pictured.
The history file
includes the V5C confirming just one former keeper, copy old V5C’s, the owner’s
pack and service book recording 10 stamps, the last in October 2018 by Kingsbury
Ford Specialist of Middlesex at 20,521 miles showing just 5,000 miles have been
covered in the last five years.
In addition, we
also find our vendor’s purchase invoice from 2016 at 18,144 miles, seven old
Mots and the current Mot valid until November 2023 recording four minor
advisories and a selection of maintenance invoices including a replacement head
gasket and oil change in November 2022 costing some £1,111, new water pump and
spark plugs in 2022 and some repairs to the floor in 2019.
Ready to be enjoyed, this looks to be a nice, low mileage, low
owner late model Mini Cooper with a nice spec, useful Webasto sunroof and useful
recent maintenance.
