Derek Woodman BMW of Blackpool in February 1998 this 1st generation
BMW Z3 features the potent range topping (bar the Z3M version) 2.8 litre M52B28
straight six engine developing 189bhp and 275Nm of torque driving the rear
wheels through 5-speed ZF manual transmission.
Finished in Actic Silver
metallic the car features chromed air vents on the wing and wears an attractive
set of after market 18inch CSL style alloy wheels which fill the arches well and
black mohair hood. Inside, the car is well optioned including oxblood leather
seats with electric seat bases, oxblood door cards, two-stage heated seats,
electric soft-top, traction control, BMW Business radio/CD, electric windows and
mirrors.
The car indicates just 80,602 miles and was actually
purchased from us in our March 2011 Classic Car Sale by our vendor with 63,000
miles recorded. The history file includes the V5C showing 6 former keepers to
our vendor of 10 years, the owner’s pack with manuals and service book revealing
13 stamps, the last two of which are undated by Presteigne Gates Ltd.
We
also find 9 old MOTs and a few bills for routine maintenance from 2010 and
before. The current MOT expires in September 2021 with 19 advisories worth
