1984 Ford Transit Di
Amazing rust-free facelift MkII Transit from Italy; 99,000kms (61,000 miles); overdrive; straight as a die; extraordinary condition above and below...
How does anyone keep a working vehicle looking this good? - even if it has only covered 61,000 miles.... The seats look barely sat in and we don't know if anything has been put in the back of the van as most of the floor is unmarked....
The sides of the vehicle are straight as a die, bar a small dent by the bottom of the front door and under the bonnet it looks like it has just left the Koln factory where it was built.
It comes to us from north of Milan in Italy, with only its Italian registration document and NOVA number to confirm duties paid in the file. Bidders are advised that its new owner will need to register it with the DVLA in the usual way if it is to remain in the UK.
It is fitted with Ford's 2.5-litre Di which comes with an overdrive gearbox, a rare combination over here but one which gives relaxed cruising and economy (particularly relevant at the moment!!).
You really won't find a better one, as it looks as clean underneath as it does on top. If you need a handy van, run a classic rally team or simply want to park some cash in a good place, look no further than this time-warp Transit.

- Put in your highest bid you would be prepared to go to.
- Bidding at the last moment may leave you disappointed. Any earlier bid is always taken first, so doing this may only push someone else up and prevent you from becoming the highest bidder.
- No bids can be placed once the time remaining ends, therefore do not delay.
