Brightwells Ltd conducts its business in the United Kingdom. On an occasional basis, it also deals with some overseas clients. Brightwells Ltd undertakes the following activities in relation to its services:
- Conducting auctions in the UK
- Acting as agents for sale on behalf of clients, the vast majority of which are UK based
Where possible, Brightwells Ltd require that suppliers adhere to the provisions of the Modern Slavery Act. All new supplier contracts issued by Brightwells Ltd will have this requirement as part of the procurement process.
The Joint Managing Directors have reviewed the provisions and requirements of the Modern Slavery Act 2015 and are satisfied that there is no evidence of slavery or human trafficking in either its own business or in its supply chain, and the risks are low.
