Invoiced by the Malvern factory on 1st March 1989, this 4/4 was particularly well specified at the time of build.

The options ticked included Maroon leather upholstery (VM893), wire wheels, +8 spot lights, reversing lights, locking petrol cap, door handles (yes they really were options), maroon weather equipment plus spare wheel cover; black carpets piped maroon, extra mirror, luggage carrier, walnut dashboard, scuttle roll bar, organ-type accelerator pedal, two extra tread-rubbers, battery cutout switch and an aluminium rear body.....

We are not sure of the supplying dealer, the car entering into the hands of the current owner in August 2005, with approximately 14,500 miles on the clock. Over the next 16 years, just 6,500 miles have been added, supported by 14 MOTs on file and a stamped service book from 2006 to date with seven stamps showing.
