This Ford Probe 24V comes in the
rare Alpine Green Metallic with a black leather interior. Everything works as it
should, including the electric aerial, sunroof, immobiliser and the factory
alarm.
The car remains in original, unmodified factory specification and
runs beautifully. All welding has been professionally completed in the usual
Probe areas—rear wheel arches and both sills. The paintwork is in excellent
condition with no lacquer peel and the car benefits from a long MOT until
31/07/26.
The sunroof panel (a known weak point on these cars) has been
replaced with a fibreglass unit, professionally resprayed to match and the
original panel is included in the boot.
Inside, the standard Ford black
leather interior is in good condition with no rips or tears, barring a very
small 2mm hole in the rear passenger seat. All handbooks are present, and the
service book contains 17 stamps. The parcel shelf is in excellent condition, and
the hatch struts operate correctly. Overall, it is a tidy and highly original
car for its age and mileage.
Powered by the 24V 2.5-litre Mazda V6, this
non-interference engine avoids timing belt concerns. The car has been running,
starting, and driving reliably during photos and video.
