Vintage coil-operated Formula One children’s ride, styled in the manner of a 1970s single-seater racing car. Constructed in moulded fibreglass with period-style detailing, the ride is mounted on a sturdy base and retains its 20p coin-operated mechanism, offering a charming reminder of the amusement machines once found outside shops, arcades and seaside promenades.

This example with coin operation and seat, steering wheel and trim. These rides were produced by a number of British manufacturers from the 1960s onwards and have become increasingly collectable, both as nostalgic display pieces and as decorative items for garages, man-caves and retail spaces.
