1988 Range Rover Classic 2-door

Wonderfully original Spanish supplied 2-door VM 2.4 diesel Rangie imported in 2017 showing just 106,573km

Unusual to see European spec late model 3-door Classic with the dependable 2.4 VM turbo diesel engine and manual transmission finished in Chamonix white with brown velour interior the truck appears remarkably original throughout with but a few marks to the (what appears to be) rust free bodywork.

Purchased by our vendor off his family friends, the original Spanish owners in 2017 from just outside Barcelona he had known the vehicle for many years admiring its originality and low Kms on his regular visits out there.

Upon purchase, he drove it back to the UK in Easter 2017 and completed the registration process treating it to a full underside protection in wax-oil (a good idea given the weather we have here compared to warm, dry Spain!) and has used it sparingly and enjoyably since.  Other works to the car have included new suspension bushes, new springs and shockers along with a service and adjustment to the tappets earlier this year.

Firing immediatly at the time of our photogaphy it felt good and tight running well as we moved it around for these images, unsurprising given its low indicated Km count of just 106,573. The original equipment radio cassette also, rather pleasingly works as intended - lovely.

The history file includes the V5C, current, clean MOT running untul July 2021 showing our vendor has covered c.11,000 Km since import and Spanish MOT equivilent document which shows 9 past annual tests dating back to 1995 and 31,615Km, rising steadily to the last in Feb-17 at 93,000Km.  This document also shows its former Spanish registration - B-3048 JS which is nice for posterity.

A lovely, and very usable example throughout.
