The R107 and C107 were built to exact engineering standards,
unsurprisingly, and with a more than subtle air of sophistication. What marks
these streamlined sportscars out from the rest is the comfortable rear two
seats, sublime power delivery from the larger engine models and of course, the
legendary Stuttgart build-quality. These imposing pillarless coupés have now
become rare and prices are rising.
This example has been owned by the vendor for over 28 years, with
only four previous keepers.
The bodywork requires a mild restoration and the interior has great patina with the original Blaupunkt radio still
fitted.
Showing just over 86,000 miles, she started and drove while
