2003 Jaguar XJR (X350)
400bhp supercharged
luxury ali bodied saloon; just 2-owners from new and considerable history file
with useful recent works following time in storage during
Covid
Supplied new by Stratstone Jaguar, London in
April 2003 this X350 series XJR model looks resplendent in Jaguar Racing Green
metallic (HGZ) complimented by a full ivory leather (NED) and sitting on its
original and freshly refurbished 19" single piece light alloy wheels hiding
monster 6 pot Brembo front brake callipers with 4 pot rears (finished in
aluminium silver and adorned by the R logo).
The interior features the
usual high factory spec and includes polished burr walnut trim, electric glass
tilt and slide sunroof, electrically operated sports seats (‘R’ embossed) with
driver memory function, electric steering column, cruise control, electric rear
blind, rear parking aid, digital climate control, factory Jaguar music with
Alpine speaker upgrade, trip computer, automatic lights, and auto dimming rear
view mirrors, remote central locking with Jaguar security system and fitted
Jaguar over mats etc.
The history file includes the V5C showing just one
and in the current ownership since 2006, 2 keys, book pack and service book
revealing 9 Jaguar main agent service stamps up to 84,946 miles, with one
further stamp in July 2021 at 110,256 miles by a specialist dealer with
supporting invoices. Recent remedial works include an £1,100 spend on
replacement heater blower resistor pack, A/C re-gas, wheel refurbishment, new
cabin filters, service and re-code of both keys with new batteries.
In
addition, there are a host of invoices for routine maintenance dating back to
2007 including new rear discs, pads and hand brake pads in October 2019, Lambda
sensor wire in May 2021, new ABS sensor and tyre in June 2021 plus comprehensive
service history print-out from 2006-17, 8 old MOTs and current MOT valid until
June 2022 with no advisories recorded. The MOT history shows the car has seen
little use over the past few years with only 3,500 miles covered since MOT in
2018.
This is a super example of this exciting model, totally standard
and unmolested just as it rolled out of the factory. It is finished
in possibly the most desirable and appropriate of colours for this modern
classic supercharged Jaguar saloon. Values of these models have firmed
considerably in recent years therefore offering an exciting and appealing
opportunity.
Bidders please note, the private registration K5ADC will be
retained on successful sale and the new V5C sent to Brightwells for the new
owner.
