handsome Defender TD5 is a true credit to its two keepers while under private
ownership have kept maintenance to the upmost standards; very

February 2000 with one keeper change after 15 years in January 2015 and has
lived with the second keeper/owner for over 10 years.
Powered by the
brilliant 2.5L inline 5-cylinder diesel engine producing 122bhp driven though a
5 speed manual gearbox.
Presented here in its factory
Trafalgar blue and Ivory paintwork, removing the seat covers reveals the
original seats to be in excellent condition with three up front and an
additional tilt down seat in the rear area, all with seat
belts.
The specification includes a
matched set of Goodyear tyres, alloy wheels, multi-height towbar, front bull
bar, side steps and rear light guards. Two sets of keys are included along with
the wheel nut locking key.
With a very impressive service
history file with a stamped service book and additional 29 invoices and 12
old MOT certificates with the current advisory free valid until May 2026. To
further describe how well this Defender has been cared for of the 20 MOTs on the
government database 17 of these are advisory free.
The vendor also
mentioned that recent maintenance only 100 miles ago includes a new water pump,
oil, filter and its annual application of lanolin-based underbody
protection.
