The Mercedes SL Designo Alanite is a rare 'Final Edition' version of the R129 SL-Class, released
in 2001 to mark the end of its production run. It features distinctive dark
green metallic 'Alanite' paint, a high-quality interior with 'Designo' leather
and burr walnut trim, and was offered in limited numbers for the UK market, with
50 units each for the SL280 and SL320 models.
Presented in Alanite Green with contrasting Java leather and burr
walnut trim, P27JWP is offered with 99,350 miles on the odometer and just 4
former keepers plus the vendor.
In current ownership for the last 16
months, this particular example has been looked after in its past by independent
Mercedes-Benz specialists, after 10th stamp in the service book there was no
more space, but there are additional invoices in the file to demonstrate a total
of 17 services have been carried out, as well as additional
work.
Included with the vehicle is its desirable matching hardtop, the
original book pack including the original SL Designo Alanite brochure and 11 old
MOTs and the V5 document.
Starting and driving since it arrived on site
