Only 67,375 miles with nine
services to date; one lady owner from 2009 – 2025; driven 50 miles to the sale;
a beautiful SL in remarkable condition for its year
First registered in April 2004, this Mercedes
SL500 is finished in Brilliant Silver Metallic with an Anthracite leather
interior and has all the usual R230 luxuries plus various options including
Parktronic system (230), Bi-Xenon headlamps (618), 6-disc CD changer (819) and
heated windscreen washer system (875).
The car has had nine owners to date, the 7th being
a lady in Farnham who kept it for over 15 years (2009 – 2025).
It has covered only
67,375 miles and comes with a good service history including three stamps in the
service book, the last by M-B Guildford in August 2009 at 14,033 miles. There
are also lots of invoices for subsequent upkeep, including six further services
plus various new parts fitted and other maintenance jobs carried out. Highlights

Driven 50 miles to the auction, it has an MOT
until March 2027 with just two minor advisories (o/s/f and n/s/f tyres slightly
damaged/cracking). It has been starting instantly and running well as we have
moved it around on site with no warning lights and the soft top operating as it
should. A Tracker theft-recovery system is fitted and it has two
keys.
As you can see
in the photos, this Mercedes is in remarkable condition for its year/mileage
with not a blemish or stone chip that we could readily spot, the only obvious
defect being the Mercedes badge missing from the top of the gear
stick.
